What we need from you:

  • A strong desire to provide great service to our clients
  • Logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Empathy and mindfulness; the ability to put yourself in a client’s shoes
  • Communication skills – patient & active listening, good phone & email etiquette
  • A willingness to set ego aside, learn from others, and share knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Valid driver’s license

What we’d like from you:

Some combination of the following:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science
  • IT certification (Microsoft, A+, or Net+ for example)
  • 1-2 years Helpdesk experience
  • Solid, demonstrable desktop support skills
