Founder & CEO

PCG was founded in 1996 by David Hodgdon, an astute business leader in the IT industry. The Company has evolved over the past 26 years to be one of New England’s premiere Managed Services and Security Companies. PCG’s success is deep-rooted in Dave’s integrity and development of sound business relationships within the IT industry and the business sector. Prior to founding PCG, Dave served as Vice President and Director of Sales at NECB. Under his leadership that Company grew to be the #1 Value-Added Reseller in New England.

PCG’s growth and the demand for more Security, Cloud and Technical services and client needs dictated a new leadership team, enhanced technical/sales staff and service offerings to meet the SMB industry. Dave’s commitment to exemplary customer service, his passion for his culture/employees and the ability to cultivate a world class management team has earned PCG consistent recognition as a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, Cisco Certified Security Expert, HP Premiere Sales and Service Center and to be recognized nationally as one of New England’s premiere IT/Security “MSSP” Managed Services and Security Providers.

Roger Walton

COO and Security Officer

An accomplished executive, Mr. Walton brings over 30 years of business operations, extensive knowledge of business processes, and deep operational and management experience in a broad range of highly technical product domains. His diverse and most recent positions at Fuze, Inc., Whaleback, and Castile Ventures serve him well in his current responsibilities of all operational functions, projects, service deliveries, efficiencies and metrics at PCG.

Jason Gilbert

Director of IT Services

Jason’s irreverent humor and empathetic demeanor balance out his numbers-and-facts-driven approach to management. Leveraging over two decades of IT, data analysis, and management experience, most of it in the Managed Services Provider space, he provides deeper insights to ticket trends and engineer performance. This in turn, allows for more versatile and efficient methods to improve the quality and speed of PCG’s service delivery. While he’s not much for long walks on the beach, he does enjoy short walks to the fridge, woodworking, and loves dogs.

David Riccio

Director of Operations

David brings over 35 years of financial management experience to PCG in both the private and public sectors, focusing on work- flow efficiencies, financial reporting and budgetary preparation/analysis. His diverse experience in financial services, manufacturing and public sector operations will provide him with a unique understanding of our client businesses/operations and enhance his ability to engage with each client regarding their client agreements and relationship with PCG. His development of Strategic and Tactical business plans for Insilco Corporation and various public entities will provide PCG with a basis to build our business and address the requirements of our client as we move forward in an ever changing business environment.
