Founder & CEO

Dave is a seasoned business leader in the IT industry who founded in PCGiT in 1996. The company has evolved into New England’s premiere managed services and security provider (MSSP) companies, with its success deeply rooted in Dave’s integrity and his sound business relationships within the IT industry. Prior to founding PCG, Dave served as NECB’s Vice President and Director of Sales. There, his leadership grew the company into New England’s #1 value-added reseller.

PCG’s growth, the demand for more security, cloud, and technical services, and the needs of various SMB clients dictated the formation of a new leadership team, additional technical/sales staff, and enhanced service offerings. Dave’s commitment to providing exemplary customer service, building a strong employee culture, and to cultivating a solid management team has positioned PCGiT as a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, Cisco Certified Security Expert, HP Premiere Sales and Service Center, and a recognized IT solution provider and premier MSSP.

JoAnn Hodgdon

Founder, Vice President

As Co-founder and Vice President at PCG, JoAnn draws upon her experience in the corporate world of both Cabletron Systems and Bottomline Technologies to support all opportunities and challenges at her business. Her decades-long support and leadership within community non-profits has won her various positions in leadership and board-level involvement in both the private and public sector. From founding Chair of the eCoast Technology Roundtable, and as a Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Board Member and Technology Recruitment and Education organizer, she has been honored with both the Mass High Tech All-Star Award and the NH Partners in Education Gold Circle Achievement Award for her initiatives in building Seacoast business awareness and opportunities in the educational sector. She lends her time, skills, and connections to many non-profits and is currently a Trustee of the Rye Public Library. JoAnn’s integrity and honesty within her organization’s culture lend to a superior experience for her employees and valued clients.

Roger Walton

COO and Security Officer

An accomplished executive, Roger brings over 30 years of business operations, extensive knowledge of business processes, and deep operational and management experience within a broad range of highly technical product domains. His experience spans a broad range of services, software, and hardware including cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, unified communications, and web technologies. His diverse and most recent positions at Fuze, Inc., Whaleback, and Castile Ventures serve him well in his current responsibilities of all operational functions, projects, service deliveries, efficiencies, and metrics at PCG. Additionally, Roger is CISSP Certified, (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), the world’s Premier Cybersecurity Certification.

Jason Gilbert

Director of IT Services

Jason is an enthusiastic and resourceful professional with over two decades of IT and Management experience, most of it in the Managed Service Provider space. He is deeply skilled in Data Center, Management, Process Documentation, Virtualization, and Network Administration. His broad information technology knowledge combined with an array of certifications and training from Microsoft Exchange and SQL, data analysis and BI reporting, through Cambium(Xirrus) wireless and Network+ Certification, support his deeper insight to ticket trends and engineer performance. Jason’s technical leadership with Wakefield Thermal Solutions, Direct Capital Corporation, and Focus Technology Solutions reinforce his aptitude at improving the quality and speed of PCG’s service delivery, which ensures our clients a superior customer experience.

David Riccio

Director of Operations

David brings over 35 years of financial management experience to PCG in both the private and public sectors, focusing on workflow efficiencies, financial reporting, and budgetary preparation/analysis. His diverse experience in financial services, manufacturing, and public sector operations provides him with a unique understanding of business and operations regarding client agreements and their relationship with PCG. His development of strategic and tactical business plans for Insilco Corporation and various public entities ensures a solid basis to address thoroughly the requirements of our clients’ needs as they move forward in an ever-changing business environment.

Amy Mancini

Client Success Manager

With over 15 years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, and client services business solutions, Amy consistently provides market and product knowledge, customer service, technical product review, and superior communications as an advocate and liaison to our clients. Amy’s depth of knowledge spans her career at companies such as Kronos, Ceridian, and RISI. Her integrity and open dialog with our clients ensure the delivery and technology services necessary to enable companies to thrive and optimize their technology and security spend.

Wendy Formichelli

Director of Marketing

Wendy loves all things marketing! Cutting her teeth as a marketing analyst for Lindt Chocolate ‘back in the day,’ her career path has transformed her into a digital marketer with a breadth of creative, analytical, and team leadership experience. From SEM/SEO, online advertising, and email marketing to creating and leveraging content for companies both big and small, she is excited to be a part of the PCG family and share its services, expertise, and value with current and future clients.
