When we moved our offices permanently to Portsmouth we needed to find a company that could take care of our IT needs along with knowing our key line of business application “Timberline software”. We are back up and running! We just wanted to say thank you to PCG and Dan for the quick response. Even though I am sure we are not a big customer in the overall scheme, it’s nice to know that you have our back in an emergency such as what we just experienced with our Server going down hard. PCG is always a pleasure to work with. Their techs are super smart and always ready to help simplify and explain what they are doing. The assessment they did involved a lot of discovery, which helped us identify some serious security issues and not having a known recovery objective or timetable to restore our systems. We are thankful they got us on the right track.
